  • Is familiar with various tech stacks and can clearly explain the technical profiles they have sourced or worked on.
  • Can maintain applicant tracking systems and update hiring dashboards.
  • Supports employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement.
  • Is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
