We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team at Prasa Infocom. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and hire the right talent across technical, engineering, and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Handle hiring for technical, engineering, datacentre operations, and support functions.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social platforms, and internal referrals.
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology, datacentre, engineering, IT infrastructure, or non-IT domains, with exposure to diverse technical and leadership hiring, C Suit Hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple mandates.
  • Strong understanding of technical job roles is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to innovative recruitment strategies beyond traditional methodologies, including the use of AI tools and digital platforms for talent acquisition.
