Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Lead onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Plan employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Identify training needs and execute training & development programs.
  • Ensure HR compliance and support performance management processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle recruitment, culture, and training independently.
  • Knowledge of HR policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
