Job Description:

Improx Technologies is looking for an HR & Accounts Executive to support HR operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, and basic accounting responsibilities. This role suits someone detail-oriented, coordinated, and comfortable working with confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with hiring, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee attendance, records, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs and basic accounting tasks like invoicing and billing.
  • Help manage HR queries and internal communication.
  • Work closely with HR and finance teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR tools.
  • Comfortable with night shift and hybrid work setup.
  • Own laptop/PC with stable high-speed internet.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Graduation preferred, not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹32,038.42 per month
