HR Internship

As an HR Intern, you will support the People and Culture team in a range of activities, including but not limited to:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and communication with candidates.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Engagement:
- Assisting in organizing team-building activities and events.
- Gathering and analyzing feedback from employees through surveys and discussions.
HR Operations:
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assisting in creating and improving HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development:
- Coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Assisting in tracking employee development initiatives.
Other Duties:
- Conducting research on HR best practices and trends.
- Supporting ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
