Description for HR Recruiter

We SKInnovative Learning Services are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR functions, demonstrating a passion for talent acquisition and a desire to grow in the HR field.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and professional platforms
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Resource right trainers for training requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment technologies
