We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 4–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality talent while enhancing the overall recruitment process and employer brand.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior-level positions.Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and databases.Conduct initial screening, evaluate fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Prepare and release job postings across relevant platforms.Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.Interview & SelectionSchedule and conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews.Administer assessments, technical tests, and evaluation tasks as needed.Coordinate interview feedback and ensure timely closures.Stakeholder ManagementPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.Documentation & ComplianceManage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate records, and dashboards.Employer BrandingSupport HR initiatives such as campus hiring, job fairs, and social media branding activities.Improve candidate experience and build a strong employer brand presence.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).4–6 years of recruitment experience (internal HR or staffing agency).Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.Familiarity with ATS tools and HRIS systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends and talent markets.If you’re interested in joining our past growing company, please share your CV at hr@klugavalon.com
