Job Summary
Dweller Pro is seeking a dynamic and well-organized HR & Receptionist to manage front-office operations while supporting day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also handling recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative responsibilities. This dual role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and a people-first approach suited to the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding / offboarding.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Assist with payroll coordination and maintain employee data accuracy in HRIS systems.
Conduct and support employee engagement activities such as team events, celebrations, and wellness drives.
Maintain HR documentation, policy records and compliance files.
Support performance review and feedback processes.
Coordinate with management on hiring requirements and manpower planning.
Reception & Front Office Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors and vendors at the site/office.
Manage incoming calls, inquiries and visitor logs professionally and courteously.
Handle front desk correspondence — emails, messages and courier dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Schedule client meetings, coordinate appointments and support the sales/ CRM team with documentation.
Ensure hospitality arrangements for meetings and site visits.
Assist management in daily office coordination and administrative duties.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or front office (real estate industry experience preferred).
Skills :
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
Strong interpersonal, coordination and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and email handling.
Knowledge of HRIS and job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Well-groomed, polite and customer-oriented personality.
