Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, career pages, LinkedIn).
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and other HR-related activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role (agency or in-house).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools , LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri , Apna , etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
