The Assistant F&B Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of all F&B outlets, bars, banquets, and room service to ensure high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, maintaining standards, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to enhance overall F&B performance.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Management

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily F&B operations across all outlets and banquet services.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.

Staff Supervision & Training

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing F&B team members.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage workforce for efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations.

Guest Service

  • Ensure excellent guest experience by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement strategies.

Financial Management

  • Assist in preparing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control wastage, and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Assist in pricing menus and developing promotional offers to maximize revenue.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
