Finance Executive

The Finance Executive is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, auditing, payroll, and financial reporting. The role ensures all financial transactions are accurately recorded, controlled, and compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Maintain general ledgers, journals, and financial documentation.
• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor customer accounts, prepare invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.

3. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Handling:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Verify cash deposits and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in managing petty cash and cash float records.

4. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

5. Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and record-keeping.
• Support implementation of financial controls and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting (hospitality industry experience preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally, IDS, or other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic financial principles.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
