The F&B Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the restaurant, bar, banquet, or in-room dining outlets. The role ensures professional service, product knowledge, and guest satisfaction in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Present menu, take food & beverage orders, and serve accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing of buffet, banquet, and special events.
  • Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders for smooth service.
  • Adhere to grooming standards, safety, and hygiene policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (English & local language).
  • Knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and service etiquette.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and guest service-oriented.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
