Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Statutory Compliances Specialist to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves ensuring company adherence to various statutory regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in statutory compliance with a solid understanding of legal requirements and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in payroll compliance to ensure accurate and timely wage and tax payments.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law to uphold company policies and employee rights.
  • Proficiency in tax regulation compliance for effective corporate tax management.
  • Familiarity with occupational safety standards to maintain a safe workplace environment.
  • Competence in social security administration to manage employee benefits effectively.
  • Experienced in workers' compensation reporting to handle employee compensation claims.
  • Skilled in audit preparation to support internal and external audit processes.
  • Must have experience with statutory compliance processes and practices (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure company compliance with statutory regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to tax and employment law compliance.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage payroll and benefit compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during compliance audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws, safety standards, and tax regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
