Job Title: HR Compliance Manager

Reporting To: HR Head / Director

Job Summary:

The HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to all

statutory and labour law compliances. The role involves managing payroll compliance, statutory

filings, audit coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. The candidate should have strong

knowledge of HR statutory requirements and experience in handling audits and regulatory

authorities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and ensure timely challan generation and payment of PT, ESI, and EPF.


• Oversee filing of statutory compliance as per various Labour Laws and Acts.


• Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with all statutory deductions.


• Prepare and maintain audit documents and attend internal and external audits.


• File annual returns related to HR statutory requirements within prescribed timelines.


• Respond to labour office notices and coordinate with relevant government departments.


• Conduct training programs on compliance awareness and company policies.


• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labour laws and implement necessary updates in

policies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Labour Laws, or related field.


• 5–6 years of experience in HR compliance and payroll management.


• In-depth knowledge of ESI, EPF, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory acts.


• Strong understanding of labour law documentation, statutory filings, and audit procedures.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS portals, and statutory compliance software.


• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.


• Ability to interact with government authorities and handle compliance-related queries effectively
