Currently managing a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai. LetzRyd is set to expand operations to NCR and Chennai by early next year and target to reach 3,000 vehicles by end of 2026.

Role Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts from our office in
    Bengaluru
    (on-site).
  • This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with various departments to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Work with leadership on organisational design, headcount planning, and HR analytics.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
  • Experience in Training, Organizational Development, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Development
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in
    Mobility, Logistics, Startups, Tech, or Operations-heavy environments
    is a plus
