Human Resources Manager Location – Kammanahalli, Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience – 5+ years Salary – Market Standard Hikes Notice Period – Preferably Immediate Working Shifts – 5 days a week / Day Shift (Willing to work extra based on organizational needs) Mandatory Requirements – 5+ years of HR experience Optional Requirements - Prior experience in the healthcare/MedTech/IT Industry and in managing multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams will be an added advantage. Reporting To: Primary reporting to Managing Director (India) As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and fulfilling all the activities of HR related functions. People are our most important asset and you'll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a vibrant company culture is a vital aspect of this role. Your ability to effectively communicate, build relationships, and handle sensitive matters will contribute to the overall success of our in-home health device company. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business.
• Manage the entire recruitment, screening, interviewing and selection processes.
• Develop and execute effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address talent development needs, workforce planning, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and social events, to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues, including conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare initiatives.
• Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance including performance evaluations, training and development plans, and career progression.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Assess training needs and develop and manage training programs.
• Maintain and update HR records, including employee information, attendance, leave records, pay plan, benefits program and all HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates to policies and practices.
• Foster positive relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies, benefits providers, and training consultants. Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or social work, with specialization in Human resources, or a related field. Advanced qualification (Master's, MBA) or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) in HR management highly preferred.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Thorough understanding of HR best practices in employee engagement, culture development, and retention strategies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in conducting background checks and information verification.
• Proficiency in HR management software, online recruiting platforms and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
