Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting HR management tasks. The role also includes handling benefits administration, assisting with recruitment, supporting employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • 3 years Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in Benefits Administration
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is an advantage
