Title: HR Generalist

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you'll manage a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance — ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates on compensation, benefits, and personal details.
- Support employee relations and help build a positive, transparent, and inclusive work culture.
- Administer performance management cycles — including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Coordinate learning and development programs to foster employee growth and capability building.
- Assist with payroll data collation (attendance, leaves, etc.) and ensure accuracy in HR documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal) on audits, compliance, and employee initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, POSH, and other labor acts).
Requirement:
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience across HR functions — recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools (HRMS/ATS).

- Timeliness and efficiency in recruitment and onboarding.
- Employee engagement and retention rates.
- Accuracy and compliance of HR records and documentation.
- Employee satisfaction and feedback outcomes.
