Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at our Koramangala, Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. This is a full-time work-from-office role with significant exposure to end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and handle statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback processes.
  • Address employee concerns and assist in resolving conflicts and handling grievances.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal HR communications.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
