Compliance Manager

- Ensure compliance with various labour laws such as Contract Labour Act, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, Statutory Compliance, and Vendor Audit.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Client Audit Documentation
- Prepare monthly returns for all applicable labour laws on time.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and ensure timely submission of reports to relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to labour law compliance. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- 7-10 years of experience in HRBP role with expertise in audit compliance (Audit Compliance), ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation), LWF (Labour Welfare Fund), Professional Tax (Professional Tax), Provident Fund (Provident Fund), Statutory Compliance (Statutory Compliance).
- Strong understanding of labour laws including Contract Labour Act and Vendor Audit requirements.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
