About this Role:
We're looking for an IT Compliance Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our compliance landscape — from managing RBI, ISO, SOC 2, and PCI DSS audits, to building policies and controls that scale with the business. You'll define how compliance is embedded across teams, ensuring our systems stay secure, audit-ready, and aligned with regulatory expectations. This role is key to building trust — with users, partners, and regulators — as we continue to grow in a high-stakes, fast-moving fintech environment. On the Job
  • Audit & Compliance: Lead end-to-end IT audit and regulatory compliance processes, serving as the primary liaison for RBI, ISO, SOC 2, and PCI DSS audits etc.
  • Policy & Documentation Management: Develop, implement, and maintain IT security and compliance policies with audit-ready documentation.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Establish risk assessment frameworks, conduct gap analysis, and drive remediation to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead the compliance team and collaborate cross-functionally to communicate compliance status and risks to leadership.
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
  • Proven experience in IT audit, compliance, and governance within fintech or regulated industries, especially RBI-regulated entities (PPI, NBFCs, banks).
  • In-depth knowledge of RBI IT compliance guidelines, ISO 27001, ITGC, and risk management frameworks like NIST and COBIT.
  • Hands-on expertise in preparing for and managing regulatory, certification, and internal/external audits.
  • Strong policy drafting, documentation, and reporting skills, with experience in SOP creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with auditors, regulators, and cross-functional teams including security, engineering, legal, IT admin & people team
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess complex risks and implement practical compliance solutions.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a compliance team.
Good to have
  • Familiar with ISO audits, vulnerability assessments, and secure SDLC practices.
  • Hold certifications in IT regulatory compliance etc.
  • Prior team-building experience
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (CS, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk) is a plus but not mandatory.
