Bloomfield Innovations is a leading software company specializing in comprehensive ERP solutions for universities and colleges under the flagship product UniRP. With successful implementations across multiple institutions in India and Africa, we are now expanding our presence in the Middle East region.
We are seeking a Senior ERP Sales Manager who is passionate about technology, education, and enterprise sales. The role demands a strategic, client-focused professional with proven experience in software/ERP sales within the education or public sector domain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand UniRP in the Middle East education sector, focusing on universities, colleges, and higher education institutions.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for the UniRP ERP suite.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers — including Vice Chancellors, Registrars, and IT Directors.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly communicate UniRP's value proposition.
Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, handling escalations, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Lead the proposal and tender process, including RFP/RFQ submissions, pricing, and negotiation.
Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams for project planning, billing, and issue resolution.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Represent UniRP and Bloomfield Innovations at regional events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in ERP or enterprise software sales, preferably in the education sector or public systems.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Admissions, Academics, HR, Finance, etc.).
Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High level of initiative, drive, and self-motivation; ability to work independently and remotely.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
