Job Overview:

MediaForge is looking to hire enthusiastic telecallers to join our dynamic sales team. As a telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to promote our financial products, including loans and credit cards, to potential customers over the phone. This is a work-from-home position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach: Call potential customers from provided leads and promote MediaForge's loan and credit card offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the features, benefits, and terms of loan and credit card products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer queries, provide information, and help guide prospects through the loan application process.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up calls.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and other telecallers to achieve team goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 3months - 2years of experience in telecalling or sales
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively persuade them to apply for financial products.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools, CRM software,
  • Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Self-Motivated: Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision and the ability to stay organized in a remote environment.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
