Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive
end-to-end B2B sales
cycle for hospitality software solutions – from lead generation to closure. - Identify and develop new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality verticals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client workshops showcasing solution benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings to client requirements.
- Travel across India (as required) to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and expand market reach.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–8 years of proven experience in
B2B sales / business development
, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Hospitality domain. - Strong
presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
with a client-centric approach. - Ability and willingness to
travel pan-India
frequently. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Prior experience selling
hospitality software, ERP, or SaaS-based solutions
. - Established network in the hospitality industry.
- Understanding of
hospitality operations and pain points
