Key Responsibilities

  • Drive
    end-to-end B2B sales
    cycle for hospitality software solutions – from lead generation to closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality verticals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client workshops showcasing solution benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings to client requirements.
  • Travel across India (as required) to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and expand market reach.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in
    B2B sales / business development
    , preferably in IT, SaaS, or Hospitality domain.
  • Strong
    presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
    with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability and willingness to
    travel pan-India
    frequently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Prior experience selling
    hospitality software, ERP, or SaaS-based solutions
    .
  • Established network in the hospitality industry.
  • Understanding of
    hospitality operations and pain points
    .
