We are IT Web Services, hiring BDE (Business Development Executive - IT sales)
Must have - one year experience as Business Development executive in IT
Profile Job Description :
Understand the company mission, vision and revenue generation goals
Dedication and smartness while training
Understand the target audience business scope and challenges to run their business
Generate the leads by tele callings
To understand the software with & their USP's
Understand the client business scope and category of the client
To schedule a demonstration with new leads
Demonstration of the software according to the client scope
Understand the client queries / doubts and respond them in a productive way
Explain the subscription options with features & pricing
Strong Follow-ups strategies for better conversion
Build the relations with client
Convince client to purchase the product
Prepare the strategy to achieve the assigned target
Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly plans to achieve the company target and goals
Interpersonal Skills :
Customer satisfaction & better experience
To deal with domestic & international clients
Competitors analysis & product enhancement strategies
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current client base and future as well.
Market research to search for the new clients
High level of client engagement and communication.
Business analysis & enhancement strategies
Quality Analysis & Process Improvements
Good verbal communication and listening skills
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
With at least one year of experience in IT sales

Good communication and convincing ability

Is enthusiastic about Sales & Marketing
Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines

General Responsibilities:
Maintain a dedicated and distraction-free workspace at home.
Ensure reliable internet connectivity and necessary technical requirements.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality agreements.
Meet productivity and performance standards.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management through digital channels.
Performance Metrics:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Respond promptly to calls, emails, and chats.

Regular check-ins with supervisors/team leads.
Meet or exceed productivity targets.

Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.

Work Schedule:
10:00AM to 07:00PM Monday to Saturday. Amendment as per company norms.
Availability for overtime, holidays, or special events (as needed)

Consequences of Non-Compliance:
Failure to meet performance metrics: coaching, warning, or termination.
