Role and Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality sales leads by implementing effective strategies and techniques.
  • Travel on a regular basis to meet potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Handle leads and convert them into meetings for further discussions.
  • Follow up with leads after initial contact to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Possess a personal vehicle for business purposes (expenses will be borne by the company).
  • Secure and renew orders from clients.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • 3 to 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Degree/Diploma in MBA, BBM, or any related field.
Required Skills:
  • Technical clarity on Laser Cutting Machine.
  • Understanding of the industrial segment and basic knowledge of Laser Cutting Machine.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
  • Persuasion and negotiating abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven sales-oriented approach.
