We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Guest Service Associate in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet guest expectations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
