Role & responsibilities :

  • Supervises the day-to-day functions of the Medical Billing team/ AR Team
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Organizing work and communicating goals to the team.

  • Ensure client's SLA is met including service delivery, timely report and quality control.
  • Conducts team huddles, provides process updates, communicates the overall health of the process in terms of productivity and quality and ensures the team is in line with the organizations goals.

  • Demonstrates and develops commitment to service, processes and quality.
  • Ensure effective communication with the client on project & the issue faced by the client is resolved.

  • Performs other responsibilities as needed.

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Takes an active part in driving their Professional Development Plan (PDP) and career development.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 to 8 Years of Experience in US healthcare industry
  • Minimum 2 Years should have worked as Team Lead/ Associate Manager.
