Locations: Madurai | Tiruchirapalli | Hubli | Puducherry

CTC: ₹12 LPA (Fixed) + ₹5 LPA (Variable)

Working Days: 6 days/week

Note: We're looking for local talent who deeply understand their regional market. No relocation candidates, please.

About the Role

As a Centre Manager, you'll take charge of one of the company's Offline Learning Centres — leading from the front to drive admissions, operations, and learner success.

You'll manage performance, mentor a team, and deliver outcomes that directly impact growth and student satisfaction. This role combines sales leadership, business ownership, and operational excellence — giving you the chance to run your centre like your own business unit.

What You'll DoLead centre operations, revenue, and learner success end-to-end.

Drive admissions and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team.

Implement local growth strategies to increase brand visibility.

Deliver an exceptional student experience from enquiry to graduation.

Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and consistency.

What We're Looking ForGraduate/Postgraduate with 5–6 years of experience in sales management (preferably in education, training, or similar sectors).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proven ability to drive business growth and manage P&L.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and leading.
