Role & responsibilities :

  • Supervising the overall functioning of the team.
  • Ensure the Optimization of Projects.
  • Ensure the line of control.
  • Resource Planning
  • Working with internal teams to deploy new projects for the entire population of the company.
  • Communicates effectively across the AHS organizational structure.
  • Assist in all the staffing duties such as hiring, training, evaluating etc
  • To take responsibility for the accuracy and timely reporting of all
  • Follows AHS policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
  • Ensure client's SLA is met including service delivery, timely report and quality control.
  • Ensure effective communication with the client on project & the issue faced by the client is resolved.
  • Planning adequate staff for all the process
  • Conduct appraisal and review of the Associate Managers and executives.
  • Works in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
  • Performs other responsibilities as needed

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Takes an active part in driving their Professional Development Plan (PDP) and career development.
  • Ensures proper utilization and availability of resources.
  • Develops team through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting, development planning,

and rewards.

  • Knows corporate policies and holds team accountable for modeling them.
  • Creates an environment of high associate satisfaction and retention. and Promotes diversity and creates a respectful work environment.
  • Manages routine associate situations.
  • Requires assistance for non-routine matters.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ Years of Experience in US healthcare industry
  • 5 + years of managerial Experience.
