Job Title: Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Department: Housekeeping

Reporting To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper

Location: Promenade, Pondicherry

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and hygienic experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms as per hotel standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas like lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and staircases.
• Ensure timely linen change, towel replacement, and room arrangement.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
• Handle guest requests efficiently and politely (e.g., extra amenities, laundry, etc.).
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within assigned timelines.
• Assist in room inspections and maintain housekeeping carts neatly stocked.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive and hygienic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹14,000.00 per month
