CGH Earth is seeking a dedicated **Guest Service Associate (GSA)** to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our elegant **Résidence de l'Evêché property in Pondicherry**. This role offers the chance to work in a heritage setting while contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and organize **guest rooms, public areas, and amenities** to meet luxury standards.
- Replenish guest supplies, linens, and other room essentials.
- Identify and report any **maintenance or repair needs**.
- Assist guests with housekeeping-related requests in a professional manner.
- Adhere to **hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards**.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **housekeeping** or similar roles is an advantage.
- Attention to **detail** and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Physically fit and comfortable with **manual tasks**.
- Strong interpersonal and **communication skills** to interact with guests and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
