Role & responsibilities

1. OTA (Online Travel Agency) Management

  • Manage villa listings and performance across , Airbnb, and Maps.
  • Update pricing, availability, and monitor guest reviews and ratings.
  • Ensure property visibility and online reputation management.

2. Stayflexi Software Operations

  • Oversee villa operations using the Stayflexi platform.
  • Attend Stayflexi meetings and provide status updates.
  • Ensure smooth daily task and time management through the system.

3. Rented Property Oversight

  • Manage additional rented properties under company operations.
  • Maintain documentation, rental agreements, and payment tracking.
  • Handle rent and utility bill settlements on time.

4. Operations Oversight (Single Point of Contact)

  • Act as the one-point contact for all property-related operations.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Track daily activities and follow up for timely completion.

5. AI Implementation & Automation

  • Introduce AI tools for repetitive tasks (e.g., call handling, data entry, reports) through technical team assistance.
  • Explore automation solutions for guest communication and operations.
  • Continuously identify areas to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

6. Staff Handling & Administration

  • Supervise all staff housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams.
  • Assign daily duties and monitor work quality.
  • Maintain attendance and performance records.
  • Support staff recruitment, training, and resolve internal issues.
  • Assist in influencer visits guiding decor, materials, and shoot readiness.

1. Technological & Analytical Mindset

This is the most unique and important aspect of this role.

  • Data-Driven: You should be comfortable analyzing OTA performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-backed decisions on pricing and availability.
  • Automation Enthusiast: You must genuinely enjoy exploring and implementing new tools (AI, software, automation) to reduce manual work.."

2. Leadership & Accountability

  • The Single Point of Contact (SPOC): You need to be an excellent decision-maker who is comfortable being held fully accountable for all aspects of the property's performance. You can't shy away from complex issues.

  • Staff Motivator: A leader who can delegate effectively, set clear standards, and inspire teams (housekeeping, maintenance) to maintain high-quality service, even when they aren't physically watching.

3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Polished & Professional: Essential for managing online reputation (guest reviews) and acting as the liaison between all operational departments. Ideal candidate needs to speak English and Hindi, Tamil (optional)
  • Stakeholder Management: Able to communicate effectively with the technical team regarding AI implementation, as well as with property owners/investors regarding financial and operational status.
