Week off: Tuesday
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Identify potential buyers and generate interest in Casagrand projects.
- Explain project details, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to nurture interest.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Update and manage lead status in CRM tools and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads from presales to sales closure.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and site visit conversion goals.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience: 0-5years in presales, tele calling, or customer service
- Qualification: Graduate / Non graduate
