Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
  • Identify potential buyers and generate interest in Casagrand projects.
  • Explain project details, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to nurture interest.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Update and manage lead status in CRM tools and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads from presales to sales closure.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets and site visit conversion goals.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience: 0-5years in presales, tele calling, or customer service
  • Qualification: Graduate / Non graduate
