KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Presales Executive will be responsible for managing HWC (Home Wellness Check) reviews, engaging with prospective customers, and ensuring timely and effective sales closures. The incumbent will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and conduct Home Wellness Check (HWC) reviews with customers, ensuring accurate representation of product and service offerings.
  • Convert qualified leads into closures through strong product knowledge, persuasive communication, and customer engagement.
  • Understand customer requirements and align solutions to their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth lead management and service delivery.
  • Track and report daily activities, HWC outcomes, and sales performance metrics.
  • Maintain CRM data accurately and ensure timely follow-ups with leads. Contribute to improving the overall customer journey and conversion processes in the Pune region.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and competitive landscape to effectively position the brand.
