Job Title: Community & Reception Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be "the face" of our community: greet members, visitors, and clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Run day-to-day reception operations: check-ins, check-outs, answering calls and emails
  • Manage meeting/board room bookings, ensure smooth setup and readiness
  • Resolve routine issues or escalate to operations team when needed
  • Keep the lobby & reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Assist with organizing and executing member events and onsite programs
  • Contribute ideas & small improvements to enhance member experience and workspace culture

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Strong command of English; excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Warm, approachable demeanor; high attention to detail
  • Presentable, professional appearance
  • Basic computer literacy: Microsoft Office, email, calendars etc.
  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or any customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and work in a dynamic environment

Salary & Location:

  • CTC: Up to ₹50,000/month
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Industry: Coworking / Shared Workspaces
