Position Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time] Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laser Therapist with strong reception handling abilities to join our team. This dual-role position involves providing expert laser therapy treatments to patients and managing front-desk operations to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities: Laser Therapist Duties: Perform laser therapy treatments, including skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other aesthetic procedures, based on patient needs and clinic protocols. Conduct initial consultations to assess patient needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain and operate laser equipment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary. Stay updated with the latest advancements in laser therapy and relevant technologies. Receptionist Duties: Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk operations, including checking in and out patients, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls. Verify and update patient information, process payments, and manage insurance claims. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management. Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and address any issues promptly. Qualifications: Relevant certification or training in laser therapy and aesthetic procedures. Previous experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in office management software and appointment scheduling systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
