Manager - Business Development

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and a passion for building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in accounting, tax, and SMSF services.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
-Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors.
-Present TaxOZ services effectively, tailoring solutions to client requirements.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
-Track leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
-Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to company's growth strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in accounting, finance, or professional services).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Knowledge of Australian accounting and tax industry is a plus.
-Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
