We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for our new EdTech initiative — Microskills Academy and Australian Institute of Engineering (AIE).

Microskills Academy offers short, industry-ready online courses designed for engineering students and professionals who want to upskill and stay competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Microskills Academy's online short courses to students and institutions.
  • Develop partnerships with education agents, colleges, and training providers.
  • Execute effective marketing and outreach campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, education marketing, or EdTech business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Compensation:

Salary no bar for the right candidate.
