Role: The role is to drive sales growth by leading the team, building strong partner relationships, developing effective strategies, and leveraging market insights to expand business and achieve targets.
Job Description
- Motivate and guide the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback to improve team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.
- Identify and onboard new distributors to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Monitor market data, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct regular market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and present actionable plans to enhance market presence and drive business growth.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Candidate Requirement
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide sales teams effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Analytical skills to monitor market trends, interpret sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
