Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company profitability. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Market Research and Strategy Development
- Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the IT or ITES industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
