Business Development Manager

The Role:
Develop good relations with pan-India transport partners.
Sourcing of vehicles from these partners on dedicated/ad-hoc basis at competitive rates.
For new transport partners, negotiating rates and ensuring SLAs are understood and followed by the partners.
Coordinate with transport partners, drivers, delivery boys to ensure vehicle placement, deliveries as per pre-defined schedule and post-delivery documentation.
Drive continuous process improvements within local transportation to improve reliability and cost of distribution operations.
Understand the pain-points of our partners and work actively to reduce these so that we create lasting value for the partners.
