A Lead Generation Executive for a pest control company actively prospects for potential clients through various channels, qualifies leads, sets appointments, and collaborates with the sales team to drive business growth by converting leads into customers. Key responsibilities include market research, outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media, accurate record-keeping, and supporting marketing campaigns to meet lead generation targets for the company's pest control services. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Research:Identify and research potential residential and commercial clients who may require pest control services.
  • Outbound Outreach:Make outbound calls, send emails, and use social media to connect with potential leads.
  • Lead Qualification:Screen leads based on established criteria to ensure they are genuinely interested and a good fit for the company's services.
  • Appointment Setting:Schedule meetings and appointments between qualified leads and the sales team for consultations and service proposals.
  • CRM Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and their progress within the sales pipeline.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to develop and optimize campaigns, and provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality and conversion rates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach and relationship building.
  • Sales and Marketing Aptitude:Proven ability to generate interest, qualify prospects, and support the sales process.
  • Computer Proficiency:Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools for lead management and campaign execution.
  • Research Skills:Ability to research target markets and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Self-Motivation:Capacity to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
  • Knowledge of Pest Control (Advantageous):Basic understanding of pest control services can be a valuable asset, though not always a prerequisite.

Key ObjectiveThe primary goal of this role is to consistently generate a steady stream of qualified leads for the pest control sales team, thereby contributing to business growth and customer acquisition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹41,453.73 per month
