Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Kannada and English and have a proven track record in sales. This role involves generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a compelling manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Kannada and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0 to 5 years of Experience in Voice Process.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
