Roles & Responsibilities
Tele-Calling
- Make calls to the school management (Chairman, Principals, and Directors) and Schedule Appointments. Ensure a high conversion rate from calls to scheduled demos.
Coordination with Sales team
- Assign scheduled demos to the sales and training teams. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely demo completion and feedback collection.
- Follow up with the sales team on the status of the demo completed leads.
Coordination with Marketing Team
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads. Coordinate with the marketing team to set the flow of campaigns.
- Conduct online and offline webinars, events to generate leads.
- Attending Events and Generating Leads.
Lead Management
- Qualify leads based on their Budget, Authority, Need and Interest.
- Organize and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities.
- Use expertise to prioritize high-potential leads for immediate action.
- Continuously analyze lead data to refine the prioritization process.
Requirement
Must have atleast 1 year in inside sales, specifically in B2B sales, with proven experience in engaging with senior decision-makers like Chairman, Principal and Director (preferably in the education sector).
Industry background
Edtech/education industry not mandatory.
B2B experience preferred.
Any Graduate.
