Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calls, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and retain their business.
  • Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement sales strategies, execute growth plans, and meet revenue targets by creating compelling pitches and proposals.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:Conduct market research to understand trends, analyze competitor activities, and stay informed about the industry landscape.
  • Collaboration & Communication:Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to develop innovative solutions and ensure seamless execution.
  • Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport, present proposals, and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Presentation Skills:Ability to negotiate effectively and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking:Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Networking & Relationship Building:Excellent skills in building a professional network and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset:A strong drive to achieve sales targets and a history of exceeding goals.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is often required to maintain customer databases.
  • Industry Knowledge:A good understanding of the company's products, services, and the industry it operates in.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
