  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Pitch the agency's services, including branding, social media marketing, digital campaigns, print advertising, and video production.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with the agency's goals and capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and account management teams to align business development efforts with agency capabilities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising, social media marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling B2B and B2C clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
