Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
Call and follow up with inbound leads generated via social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Understand the prospects needs and pitch relevant stock market training programs
Explain course offerings, pricing, and mentorship benefits clearly and confidently
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
Maintain and update lead data in CRM
Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with students
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve the lead-to-conversion ratio
Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
