Title : Sales Manager – Shotcrete Accelerators
Base: Mumbai Territory: Pan‑India Travel: Frequent (site‑first role)
About the role
Own growth for our alkali‑free shotcrete accelerators used in tunnels, mines, and slope stabilization. You'll plan and run site trials, win spec‑ins, convert to repeat orders, and cross‑sell admixtures where it adds value.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a Pan‑India funnel across contractors, applicators, RMCs, and consultants.
- Plan/execute on‑site trials (dosage optimization, pump calibration, QA/QC coordination) and convert trials to POs.
- Drive spec‑in with consultants and project owners; protect price/margins.
- Grow key accounts; map stakeholders, forecast accurately, and keep CRM spotless.
- Partner with technical/service teams for performance evaluation and customer feedback.
- Track tenders, pipelines, and competitor moves; share concise market intel weekly.
What you bring
- 8–10 years in construction chemicals (shotcrete/admixtures strongly preferred).
- B.E./Diploma in Civil or Chemical (preferred).
- Active network in tunnelling/mining EPCs, RMCs, and shotcrete applicators.
- Confident at sites (tunnels/mines), strong communication & negotiation, ready to travel frequently.
Success in 12 months (SMART)
- 10–12 approved trials with ≥60–70% conversion to recurring orders.
- 5–8 spec‑ins won across metro/hydro/road tunnels or mining projects.
- Revenue and GM targets met/exceeded; DSO ≤60 days on key accounts.
- 12+ quality customer/site visits per month
