Key Accounts Manager

KAM will work as a Primary POC for the account assigned to him/her.
KAM has to take care for all the after sales process which includes
Order Placement of the Device
Ensure timely Dispatch and Delivery of the Device
Ensure on-time Setup and Training to be provided to the client
Provide after sales Support as and when required
KAM has to make sure the customer uses the services regularly and connect with the customer if their services went inactive from the active stat.
Understand customers business and Cross sale other services to the client
Coordinate between different teams such as Sales – Support – Merchant Trainer-Tech Team and ensure timely support provided to the client
Gather Feedback from the client and share the same with Tech team which can help us to enhance our product more
